Price list notes
General information
- The prices indicated above are intended per apartment, per week, from Saturday to Saturday
Daily stays in April, May and September according to availability, for rates call +39 0541/615046.
- The stay begins at 3pm and ends at 10am
- The apartments can not be occupied by a number of people ( children included ) superior to the number of people indicated in the booking voucher
- small pets are allowed , one per apartment , only with management's approval ( the management has the facility to withhold from the deposit for damage and extra cleaning)
- The booking of the stay must be confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total cost of the stay ; the balance must be paid at arrival together with a 200 Euro deposit which will be returned at departure, after the apartment and equipment have been checked.
- CANCELLATIONS : the confirmation deposit will not be refunded ( art.1385 c.c.). If the cancellation of the booking is made at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival, the Management allows the possibility to use the deposit sent for another stay during the year.
The rate includes :
- all the weekly linens
- running water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heat
- BABY KIT for children up to 2 years of age, to be requested when booking ( ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY)
- guarded car parking from May 20th to September 30th
- use of bicycles for adults, some with kiddie seat, according to availability
- LED satellite TV
- Iron and ironing board
- Solarium with lounges and shower for guests' use
Services upon request with fee:
- N.1 extra bed + 70 € per week
- N.2 extra beds + 120 € per week
- Mandatory final cleaning 40€ for 2 room unit, 70€ for Pearl apartment ( excluding cooking corner, the management can withhold 40 euro if it is not in order)

2nd week - 4 % discount
3rd week - 5% discount
4th week -8% discount
All the apartments are spacious and functional, with centralized air conditioning with independent regulation, totally soundproofed, electric shutters, safety deposit box, beds with ortopedic springs and fireproof mattresses, mattress covers, pillow ticks, blankets, bathroom with shower box and hair dryer, kitchen with pots and kitchenware, spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven with grill, direct dial telephone and led satellite TV prepared for your PREMIUM AND SKY decoders, all the apartments have equipped balconies and clothes rack.
Some apartments are equipped for wheelchairs.
